SMS text messages are quick and easy way to communicate with clients. With the Pogozo inbox you can easily see conversations and replies from clients all in one place.
Before you start, make sure your twilio integration is active, you will need this activated in order to receive SMS replies. You can learn how to do that here.
To send an SMS through the Pogozo inbox go to Communications > Inbox
To send a message select Add new message.
Next search for the client, type your message and press Send message.
To view your SMS conversation with clients go to Communications > Inbox
If required search the client's name in the search bar or click on the client's name in the inbox.
The client's conversation will be visible including any SMS sent by the team and automated SMS sent by Pogozo.
You can also send an SMS straight back to the client from here by typing in your message and pressing the send button.
