Need to send a quick message to a client? You can send a one-off email, SMS, or push notification directly from their profile in Pogozo Web - no need to set up a template or automated sequence.
Getting started
Go to Clients and open the relevant client's profile by clicking their name.
Click on the Communications tab.
Sending an email
Click Send email.
A pop-up will appear. Select your email type - Simple or Fancy. Then select a template from the dropdown if you have one saved.
TIP: Appointment and class placeholders (such as [[AppointmentDate]] or [[ClassName]]) will only populate correctly in communications sent directly from a booking — they won't populate when sent from the Communications tab in a client's profile.
Or you can write your subject and message content from scratch.
Click Send.
TIP: You can use placeholders in your email to automatically personalise it with client details. Learn more in the How to use placeholders guide.
Sending an SMS
Click Send SMS.
A pop-up will appear. Select an SMS template from the dropdown if you have one saved.
Or type your message manually.
Click Send.
Sending a push notification
Click Send push notification.
A pop-up will appear. Select a push notification template from the dropdown if you have one saved.
Or enter the notification title and content manually.
Click Send.
TIP: The client must have downloaded and signed into the Pogozo App to receive push notifications.
