You can add multiple provider numbers and professional references into your practitioner's profiles.
Professional reference numbers will show on all invoices, no matter the location. Provider numbers will change depending on the location of the appointment or class attached to the invoice.
To add provider numbers and professional reference numbers to your practitioners profile go to My team and search for your team member.
Open the team members profile by either clicking on the team members names name or by clicking View.
To edit the team members profile click the Pencil edit button.
Scroll down to the Professional reference numbers and add the practitioners details.
Reference name - Provider Number, APA number, AHPRA number.
Reference number - the corresponding reference number.
To add a second number simply click Add more references.
To add provider number scroll down to the Provider information section. All of your business locations should be listed with a corresponding space for a provider number. Add in the provider number for each specific location.
Scroll to the bottom of the profile and Save changes.
You will now see the professional reference numbers and the provider number under the practitioners name on the invoice.
