Client reports are a useful tool to view client cancellations, clients who did not arrive to booked appointments, birthdays and those that have no upcoming bookings.
To view Client Reports, find the Menu.
Click Reports.
Select Clients.
You will now have access to all client reports.
Select From:
- No upcoming bookings
- Birthdays
- Did not arrive
- Cancellations
