There are multiple ways to send recall messages to help keep your clients engaged in their treatment. This guide covers creating a recall task that is linked to the client and a staff member, perfect for when a client calls to cancel and doesn't want to rebook at the time.

From the menu, select Calendar.
Tap Appointments.
Tap the relevant client.
Click Recall.
Fill out the relevant recall information.
Press Add recall task.
