Pogozo has a number of SMS features. Creating simple SMS templates makes sending SMS to your clients quick and simple. These SMS can be used for communications such as booking confirmations and reminder emails as well as cancellation and DNA alerts.
We have created a number of default SMS templates for you to use. You can edit these and customise them to your business, or you can create new ones from scratch.
To manage your SMS templates click on Settings then click Communication & Marketing and then select SMS template.
To create a new template select the Add new template button.
Give your template a name. This will not be seen by clients but will be a way for your team to identify the template when allocating it actions within Pogozo.
Next write in the SMS you wish to send. You can personalise your notifications with links and data points.
TIP While your SMS can be as long as you want we recommend you keep them short and simple - 180 characters or less is ideal!
SMS costs are $0.10* per SMS and each SMS is 180 characters long.
Don't forget to save your template by clicking the Create new template button at the bottom of the page.
