Pogozo gives you the opportunity to insert notes into a team member’s records which only someone who has the rank of owner, can see.
Only the account owner can see these notes and they may relate to anything that the owner wishes record in respect of that particular team member. This may include such things as performance records including reprimands, warnings, a history of salary increases or any personal information that the owner may think is pertinent for the owner to be able to review during the time that the person is a team member of the business.
The private notes section also contains the ability to create a hyperlink to any other website or document that you may wish to link in respect of the particular team member.
