We know that transferring to Pogozo is exciting and there are lots of things you want to get set up so you can hit the ground running.
If you plan on uploading your data from another system it is important that we prioritise the needs of the data transfer. This means there are some features you shouldn't use prior to the data upload. If you do, there is a chance of duplications, of things being overwritten or your data transfer not working at all. This could delay the whole data transfer process and may require us to complete delete your account and start fresh.
However, if you are really eager, we have put together a list of things you can (and must) do before your data transfer.
But before we get to that list, just a recap of what we will transfer for you and what you MUST NOT add before your data transfer.

Billable items (for appointments)

Before your data transfer you MUST:
Set up all of your business locations, including location name, address, contact details and timezone
Set your currency and tax rate
Add all of your appointment categories
TIP The timezone of the business location is linked to your appointments and class bookings and all notifications including email, SMS and push notifications. If a location has any bookings, appointments, classes or memberships linked to it you will no longer be able to edit the timezone or remove the location. We strongly recommend you check this and ensure it is correct before going any further.
Before your data transfer you can, if you wish:
Integrate with Stripe, Tyro and Twilio if required
Manage your settings such as calendar settings, cancellation settings, document printing settings, email settings etc
Create class types
Create class schedule
Create memberships/pass cards (make sure you’re integrated with Stripe first)
Create billable items for memberships only - NOT for appointments
Create appointment note templates
Create document templates (for example GP letters etc)
Set up automated sequences
Create audiences
Customise email, SMS and push notification templates (we have a huge range of pre-made templates but you can add your own or customise the ones we have created for you).
