Creating your businesses privacy policy and terms and conditions.

Pogozo makes it easy for your business to present the terms and conditions and privacy policy to clients. Whether clients are booking appointments through the mobile app or the booking system is embedded into your website, clients will be asked to accept your terms and conditions and privacy policy while creating their account or booking their appointments.

Since these links are live the moment you create your account, we have already created a default Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy document in your Pogozo account. These documents have a default message instructing clients to make contact with your business for the details of your policies. We strongly recommend you update these documents to provide more specific information to your clients.


โ€‹To update your Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy documents, on the main menu go to Settings.

Then click on Documents & Templates and then Privacy documents.

Click the three dots and select edit.

Fill in the relevant information for each of your privacy documents.

Once you have finished don't forget to click Save changes.
