What this report shows
The Birthdays report lists your clients' birthdays along with their current age, so you can send birthday messages or plan campaigns around them. Use it to keep in touch with clients on their special day.

Client birthdays table
One row per client, listing each client with their date of birth, their current age, and their contact details so you can reach out. The age figure is worked out for you — see How the numbers are calculated below for exactly how.

How the numbers are calculated
Age
Age = the number of whole years since the client's date of birth, worked out by dividing the total days lived by 365 and dropping any remainder.
Pogozo takes the number of days between the client's date of birth and today, divides that by a fixed 365 days, and rounds down to a whole number.
This is a fixed 365-day divisor — it does not add an extra day for leap years.
Worked example: a client who has been alive for 12,800 days → 12,800 ÷ 365 = 35.06 → age shows as 35.
Because leap years aren't accounted for, this age can occasionally read a day "early" compared with a strict calendar age. In other words, for a client whose birthday is right around today, the figure here might tick over to their new age a day before or after the exact calendar date. For everyday use — spotting whose birthday is coming up — it's accurate; just don't treat it as a legally precise age.
