What this report shows
The Shop changes report is an audit trail of every stock adjustment made to your shop items. Each row records a single change being the item, when it happened, how much the quantity went up or down, who made it, and why. Use it to track stock movements and see who adjusted what.

What's on the page
Shop changes table
One row per stock change, with these columns:
Item name is the shop item that was adjusted.
Date of change is the date the adjustment was made.
Qty changed is how much the quantity moved, shown as a signed change: a + when stock went up and a − when it went down (for example + 5 or − 3).
Who refers to the person who made the change.
Reason of change is the reason recorded for the adjustment.
This report is a list. It shows individual records, not calculated totals, so there are no formulas to explain here. The Qty changed figure is simply the new quantity minus the previous quantity for that adjustment.
