When you click on an appointment or class in the calendar, a drawer slides out showing the details. Coloured chips next to client names act as quick visual flags, giving you important context at a glance without needing to open their full profile.

What does each chip indicate?

There are a number of chips available in Pogozo, some are displayed in both Appointments and Classes, while others are specific to only Classes or Appointments.
Chips in appointment drawer will display the full word inside the chip, for example Overdue. Chips in the class drawer will display the first letter of the word, for example 'O' for Overdue.

Both appointments and classes

  • Overdue (red) - unpaid invoice/s.

  • Medical Alert (orange) - medical alert notes on profile, clicking the chip opens the alerts modal.

  • Tags (green) - one or more tags assigned, clicking the chip opens the tags modal.

  • Task (blue) - one or more open tasks, clicking the chip opens the task list.

Appointments only

  • Next appointment (light blue) - client's next upcoming appointment, clicking the chip takes you to that future appointment in the calendar.

  • Last appointment (light blue) - client's most recent past appointment, clicking the chip takes you to that previous appointment in the calendar.

Classes only

  • Notes (blue) - class notes or a booking note for the specific class, clicking the chip opens the notes modal.

Status chips and how to toggle them

In addition to the chips above, each drawer also has a set of status chips that let you track where each booking is at.

In the appointment details drawer

You'll see three status chips in the Client status row.

  • Pending - the appointment is confirmed but the client hasn't arrived yet. This chip appears teal when the appointment is in its default state.

  • Checked in - click this to mark the client as arrived. Click it again to undo and return the appointment to Pending.

  • No show - click this to mark the client as a no-show. The chip turns red. Click it again to undo.

In the class details drawer

Each participant has a status chip on the right side of their row.

  • Sign in (default) - the participant hasn't checked in yet. Click it to check them in.

  • Checked in (green) - the participant is marked as present. Click it to undo.

To access the No show status click on the three dots to the right of the status and then select No show. The chip will turn red. Click it to undo the status change.
