Item numbers are often used by third party billers such as Medicare, DVA and private health insurance companies to identify a service or billable item.
In Pogozo your item code is linked to your billable item.
If an item number is not showing on an invoice, the first step is to check that the billable item has an item code.
The billable item for that invoice line can be found in the item name column.

To check if that billable item has an item code go to Settings, Finances and then click on Billable Items.

Search for the billable item you want to check by scrolling through the pages of billable items or using the search feature.
You can see at a glance if the billable item has a an item code in the Item code column.
If your billable item does not have an item code, you can edit the billable item and add one in.
After adding the item code, don't forget to save your changes.
