Every now and then you want to remind yourself to do something when a client is at their appointment such as confirming Medicare details or giving them back the x-ray and report that's been sitting at front desk since their last visit.
You can write a note on an appointment at the time of creating the appointment or when editing an appointment.
Go to the calendar and click on the time you wish to create an appointment.
Or click on the appointment you wish to add the note and and then click Edit appointment.
Scroll to the bottom of the appointment pop up to the Notes on appointment section. Write your note and then click Save changes.
If the appointment is a recurring appointment you can choose to attach the note to just this appointment or all future appointments as well.
The note will now appears in the appointment details draw.
