What this report shows
The Training manual report shows how your team is progressing through their training documents including how many items each person has completed, how far through they are, and how many they've flagged as needing help. Use it to see who's up to date on their training and who needs a nudge or support.
Who can see it
Training manual only appears in the Clinic menu when the Training manual feature is enabled for your business. If the feature isn't turned on, the item won't show in the menu (this is the same feature that adds Training manual under Settings → Documents & Templates).
How to open it
Reports → Clinic → Training manual.
What's on the page
Training manual table
One row per team member, showing their training progress. Alongside their name, the progress column shows how far through they are as a progress bar with a label, for example "X of Y complete (Z%)", and a note of how many items they've flagged as needing help, for example "N need help".

How the numbers are calculated
Progress percentage
The only figure worked out here is the completion percentage in the progress bar.
Progress % = items completed ÷ total items × 100
Worked example: a team member who has finished 6 of 8 training items → 6 ÷ 8 × 100 = 75%, shown as "6 of 8 complete (75%)". The "need help" count next to it is simply the number of items that person has flagged for help — it isn't part of the percentage.
