The Pogozo shop lets you sell physical products directly to your clients — things like resistance bands, foam rollers, or branded merchandise. This guide covers everything you need to add, edit, activate, disable, and set up variants for your shop items.
Adding a new shop item
Go to Shop from the main menu, then click + Add New Item.
In the Item details section add Item name, code, sale price, and cost price. You can also add a description of the item.
TIP: If you have different versions of the same product (for example men's and women's socks) you can add Variants to make invoicing and stock take easier. See the Adding variants to a shop item section below for more information.
Under the Stock management by location header you'll find a list of your Locations. Enter the number of available stock into the No. Available field for each location.
Optionally you can add an Image to the shop item.
Click Add Item to Shop to save.
Adding variants to a shop item
Variants let you offer different versions of the same product — for example, a T-shirt available in different sizes and colours.
When creating or editing a shop item, click Add Variant.
Enter a Variant Name (e.g. "Size")
Then type each Variant Value (e.g. "Small", "Medium", "Large"), pressing Enter after each one.
Click the Save icon.
To add another set of variants (e.g. Colour), click Add Another Option and repeat the process. Don't forget to click the Save icon when done.
TIP: If you add or change variants after already saving them, a pop-up will warn you that existing stock levels for the original variants will be reset to zero. Click Confirm to proceed.
Once your variants are saved, a Variant Stock Management section will appear at the bottom of the page. Use this to set the stock quantity and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for each variant combination.
Finally, click Update Details to save the changes.
Editing a shop item
Go to Shop from the main menu. Find the item you'd like to edit, click the three dots to the right of it, and select Edit.
Make your changes, then click Update Details to save.
Activating or disabling a shop item
Go to Shop from the main menu and find the item you'd like to update. Click the three dots to the right of the item and select Activate or Disable depending on its current status.
The item will display the Inactive status. Disabled items are hidden from sale but remain in your shop list so you can reactivate them later.
Running a stocktake
Go to Shop from the main menu and select Stocktake.
Select your Location from the dropdown menu. Then enter the current stock count for each item on your shelf into the Current stock level field.
Click Save when you're done.
A confirmation pop-up will appear to let you know your stock levels have been updated successfully.
