Integrate your Pogozo account with your VALD Hub account. VALD Hub is an online platform where team members can send exercise programs, outcome measures and education articles to their clients, which clients can then access via the MoveHealth app.
TIP A VALD Hub account is required to use this integration. To sign up for a VALD Hub account click here.
Connecting your VALD Hub account
To connect your VALD Hub account go to Settings then Business and Integrations.
Use the toggle to turn on your VALD integration
Next you need to add your VALD Organisation ID
You can find your Organisation ID in your VALD account by going to Management and then clicking on Organisation.
Once you have added your VALD Organisation ID you will then have to contact VALD and ask them to link your VALD and Pogozo account.
We have created a quick and easy template to help you with this. Click the Open Email button to use your computers email system - it will pre-fill everything you need and all you need to do is press send.
Alternatively you can copy the email and send it to support@vald.com.
Once you have sent the email to VALD click Got It.
Once VALD have verified your integration you will see the VALD connected tick on your integrations page.
Syncing your current clients with VALD
Once you have integrated your VALD account you can choose to do a full client sync or sync clients one by one ad you need them.
To do a full client sync go to Settings, Business and then Integrations. Your VALD integration, if set up and connected will have a button Sync Active Clients.
To Sync all of the client's in Pogozo to VALD click this button.
Alternatively, when you access VALD via the client's profile, this will automatically sync the client to your VALD account.
TIP While we do our best to avoid duplicate accounts for clients who already exist in VALD if you use other integrations with VALD where the client ID numbers have been changes or updated this can cause Pogozo to not recognise the existing profile. If this happens, please contact VALD support at support@vald.com and they will happily merge all duplicate accounts for you.
Access VALD vis the client's profile
You can access your client's VALD profile from inside Pogozo. Go to the client's profile and click on Exercise Program.
Click on the VALD logo.
You will be taken straight to the client's profile in VALD.
